Terms and Conditions

We want you to enjoy your trip with us, so please make sure you are familiar with out terms and conditions when you make a booking.

Booking and payment

Quotes are valid for 14 days.

A booking will be considered confirmed when we have received a $50 deposit

Full payment must be made 7 days prior to travelling.

Please note that we do not have EFTPOS or credit card facilities, so payment needs to be made with cash, cheque or a direct bank transfer.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans have to change. We do not charge for cancellations made 30 days prior to the booking.  Bookings cancelled within 14 days will forfeit the deposit, and bookings cancelled within 7 days will be billed 50% of the booking fee.

Damage to the Car

The cost of repairing vehicle damage resulting from the actions and conduct of passengers will be charged to the organisation or individual named on the booking as soon as repair costs have been established.

Mechanical Failure

Our vehicles are thoroughly inspected regularly to insure uninterrupted service. If for some reason beyond the control of London Transport a mechanical failure occurs we will endeavour to arrange a replacement vehicle or a service from an alternative company. If this is not possible London Transport shall refund all monies paid and in so doing discharge the limit of its liability.

Times

We do our very best to always be on time. But it cannot be guaranteed. Chauffeurs are carefully selected and have instructions to drive at all times at a speed within the limits prescribed by law and in a safe manner. Unusual traffic, road and weather conditions are beyond our control.

Objectionable Persons

London Transport reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person who appears to be under the influence of intoxicating drinks or drugs or who is unable to take care of themself.
